Introduction

A-Wake is a kaigai idol group also known as overseas idol group from Texas that started in September 2016, performing at anime conventions locally. The group consists of 4 sisters (Rina, Katsumi, Angel, and Victorica) who love to sing and dance. Each member represents a part of the sunrise. Together they are a shinning smile of love that inspires their fans.

A-Wake's group motto:

Penlight

The official A-Wake colors are the colors of the sunrise, pink, light blue, yellow and a pastel purple.  Their penlight color can be any of these, as there is no one color representing the group.

Symbol

A-Wake's symbol spells out the group's name in a creative way. The colors consist of the sunrise. The sparkles represent how each members shines individually and how they shine even brighter together as a group.

 

Fanbase

A-Wake's fanbase is called "Morning Star"

A- Wake fun facts:

  • All the sisters are blood related. 

  • Katsumi & Angel are twins.

  • Katsumi, Angel, & Rina share the same birthday.

  • Victorica is the only member who was born on a different day.

  • They are most active on Instagram.

  • The members do all the editing, costumes, recording, and everything else themselves

  • They enjoy making covers of Japanese and Korean music. Their main focus is on Japanese and Korean songs.

  • They are best known for being panelists together during anime conventions.

  • They sometimes do group cosplays together.

  • They put a lot of effort into their interactive panels. 

  • They can be seen running around anime conventions, filming their covers, and singing karaoke, which is their favorite hobby.

  • A-Wake is currently working on their own original music. They hope to inspire others and bring the joys Idols bring to everyone.
